Science of Cooking- S’more Pudding
By: Brady Gossett
What is being made?
I am going to be making s’more pudding that can be adjusted to suit various dietary restrictions. It is made with a chocolate pudding mix, graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and different types of milk.
Problem
Our family enjoys eating pudding as a light dessert; however, we have a few food sensitivities/allergies that we have to work around. One of the problems is a dairy sensitivity and the other is a tree nut allergy.

Hypothesis
I predict that the s’more pudding made with soy or almond milk will fit the diet of someone who is sensitive to dairy products. As researched, it says that soy and almond milk are great alternatives for this recipe to those affected by dairy products. I also think that the alternatives will lose some taste, but still have a chocolate taste that stands out. *The person with the tree nut allergy will not be able to eat the almond milk sample, but can try the soy milk or skim milk unless having dairy restrictions as well. *
